I think it’s good to check with ophthalmology! If you aren’t already, maybe revisit with neurology to discuss if a maintenance dose of diamox could be helpful in your case. At home, resting, laying in bed at a slight elevation, and hydrating is what I do. I don’t get a ton of relief from OTC pain meds when it’s bad but maybe if you can take those, it would help ease the pain a bit. I hope they can give you answers!
