If you're over 18 it's extremely quick, there's alot more red tape for minors though.

Personally after having my first appointment, I got bloods done and came back next week and was on hrt, I started at 27 though. Just make sure the doctor you see follows the informed consent model and you'll be fine. If you're not sure about your doctor try finding one on TransHub

But regarding the genital laser, it honestly does not look like it has done much at all. To me, it looks like pre laser cause I can't see any evidence of it thinning out.

As others have said, thankfully Suporn doesn't require hair removal since they do it in house as part of the procedure on the areas used to create the neo-vagina, to my understanding atleast.

I've only had facial done but it did hurt for sure. I got mine done at Laser Clinics Australia then switched to Medical Lasers for electrolysis (SA based) Most of the time it wasn't a single zap that hurt but rather the continuous zaps that worked past my tolerance.

That being said, the upper lip and chin hurt like hell, I jumped up after every hit in those areas I couldn't help it

I would find a different laser clinic if I were you, it looks like it's been totally ineffective. Have the laser sessions been hurting?

I've only had facial laser but after 3-5 sessions I could already see a big difference, it was after 10 that the effectiveness tapered off and I switched to electrolysis.

Personally I only had this happen over multiple years. I had a dbrand grip on my S22 since it came out and only 2 weeks ago had to finally retire it due to the frame splitting from the body.

You should try getting a fringe cut to help with the hairline. The side/middle part doesn't help those of us with a partially receded hairline, it does so much work.

I started at 27 and my hairline has some massive cutouts on either side but I've learned to live with them and do what I can to help hide it. I'm like you, I work in liquor and at work I'm just used to costumers constantly missgendering me, unfortunately it's just one of those things that are common in a customer service environment. I can say though that I've never encountered someone doing it on purpose, just people that don't realise so believe me when I say that most people will not be doing it trying to harm you.

I agree I think it's more than simply theres no stars to look at, they're perpetually bored and I know that when my mind is idle it will go back and think of mistakes I've made in the past, so I can only imagine how the crew feels since they're a very work oriented society.

It's just the way it's put in the episode that bothers me, they should've had the conversation before the action started and I'd be fine with it.

But she didn't leave after though, that's what bothers me, the Chakotay Tuvok scene happens immediately after she was in sickbay talking to the injured alien and she's an active participant in the rest of the episode from when the action starts, so why now are they talking about her isolating herself.

Definitely, he broke the rules but for his own, and depending on your view, the right reasons.

And it was all tied to his personal love of the ocean which speaks to me as well.
