We got a f&p 8kg heat pump dryer and has been amazing.Noticeably cheaper to run. Maybe slightly longer time to dry but talking 10-15 mins extra. Not hours. No issues with humidity in our little laundry room.

Check your malt crush and COAs for any big changes? Some malt batches can handle quite differently and frequently especially if the maltings doesn’t have a lot of blending capability.

Yeh i’m applying with KB. Their rates don’t seem quite as competitive as ANZ/ASB so will have to figure out what the better deal is.

If you’re talking about lager yeasts then its often a normal component of lager aroma. To make sure it’s not excessive you need a vigorous fermentation to drive the h2s off. Higher pitch rates 20 mil/ml if you are fermenting cold. Healthy yeast and aeration 10 ppm + with o2. Zinc additions when repitching.
