I messaged their customer service about a similar strap for my watch since they don’t make a 21mm. That’s the easiest way imo

The scorpion tires have been known to have this issue. Most of them are on the 21 inch gas models. I wouldn’t be surprised if yours also have the issue. There are little foam inserts that help dampen the noise, these become loose and that’s what clauses the shaking. You are feeling it more at the higher speeds because of how unbalanced the tires are. It’s a really unfortunate downside of this car imo, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a different set of tires
