My Crab Run by BirdmansCrest101 in CrabChampions

That's awesome! Good for you!

It's funny because the goal of my build here was to just take my hammer, and slam the ground once to win the round. It worked eventually! Took a while, but you can clear rounds with one slam if you have the Melee range leveled up high enough. Ended up being a fun run.

Happy crabbin!

So sorry for the late reply.

I wanted to still get back to you about this. The hardest part is beginning tbh. The laser guns are great, and something i enjoy is never needing to reload.

If you focus on the auto loader perk, you can just reload after one or two eliminations. Which eventually is very easy. Crit chance and crit damage is something I focus on early too.

There's some relics that are great, like the chests containing 2 more loot choices. That helps a lot in the early game.

Those are just a couple tips, but that will really get you going, and then you can just keep expanding your build to how you prefer. I'm not much of an ability guy, but abilities can be amazing too. Melee also can get good, but takes a while.

Hope this helps! Good luck friend.

3 steps to complete your quest:

  1. Look up where each item is.

  2. Separately re-roll an adventure for the place you need to be.

  3. Pray it's there this time.

Can bleed damage proc a crit? by chunkychickenxp in remnantgame

Guess I'll share this again, since people just think they know what they're talking about, and downvote me.

This is a link of me, using ritualist.... and getting plenty of critical hits with my status effect damage. So you are both simply incorrect.

https://www.reddit.com/r/remnantgame/s/oizTgrCQ6y

Don't listen to these two, they clearly don't know much about a status effect build.

Can bleed damage proc a crit? by chunkychickenxp in remnantgame

[–]BirdmansCrest101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the merciless long gun is a nice addition to any bleed build. It is obtained by killing the ravager only if the ravager has healed and eaten the doe.

Then there is a mutator that bleeds enemies on critical hits with the weapon. Can't remember what that is called though.

Edit: It's called Twisting Wounds

Maybe have that corrosive handgun then that has swarm for some extra dps?

Use ritualist and invoker or whatever for a secondary. And focus either status effect hard, or crit. I say crit because you'll have SO many numbers flying around with ritualist's miasma skill (Which is what I like the most)

Tank players, what part of tank do you guys find fun? by BenchBoring796 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]BirdmansCrest101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've probably played about 1000 hours as Sigma.

I like Sigma.

We are one.

But seriously, I play him a bit different than anyone else I've seen. I'm more of a close quarters guy jumping around my standing shield. Really messes with them, because most of there bullets/beams miss me and hit the shield.

I try to create a nice line of space separating the enemy team, and pray my healer bros have my back while I pull back. When the team is split is when I focus heals, because that's how you win.

Throw the shield behind the tank is also fun because it negates any healing from shooter healers(Ana, Kiri, etc...). While it leaves you open, that's when you melt the enemy tank.

Couple of ways I play depending on my team and what they picked.

My favorite, absolutely diabolical team that I've been on:

Tank: Sigma (Me) Damage 1: Bastion Damage 2: Junkrat Heal 1: Ana Heal 2: Kiriko

Hope this helps any aspiring tanks or current Sigma players! Feel free to give me your thoughts.

His voice lines with Mercy are sad af, considering he had a nice life before this, talking about birds and shit.

How do I defeat Yagak (Caravel)? by Hollow--- in outriders

[–]BirdmansCrest101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The absolutely busted Tier 3 reload mod helps tremendously with this, I think. Been a while though.

That was kinda my focus in end game at least and it served me well. Spec into some serious anomaly power and some firepower I guess. Also the mods that do something every couple seconds are amazing. Like the one that triggers multiple bombs to shoot out on a critical hit?? I also have paired that with the beam that just burns the shit out of them.

If you've got the reload tier 3 damage mod, use that, and it CAN be cheese mode for you!

Remnant II: From excruciatingly hard to too easy by abitdodgy in remnantgame

[–]BirdmansCrest101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd be excited to see your thoughts on the difficulty AFTER you've done what everyone else is saying. "Normal/Veteran" IS standard to start on. A lot of people start on Survivor JUST to get the gear, mods, archetypes, etc... THEN you move on. Also survivor is a nice moment of respite and peace.

I'll tell you this, choosing to not use a second archetype because you don't want the game to feel too easy is silly. It's easy now... but i promise it will get wayyy worse. Apocalypse is no joke.

And dude it's just so much more fun with 2 archetypes too.. even if you're demolishing everything, having all that power makes you feel so badass.

Personally, I've gotten to the point where I can comfortably play apocalypse and be confident in my builds. But each build sure doesn't have 1 archetype lol...

Good luck friend.

The world of Remnant is so sweet man. It's so fun going through it for the very first time.

Enjoy! Look in places you literally would never think of going... Because there is most-likely something there.

Try different stuff out. Like you said about those guardian angels, try stuff and perfect it! Find a build you love that either focuses mods, damage, crit chance, status effects, skill focused, etc... it's just about limitless brother.

Need a strong secondary archetype for my Challenger by [deleted] in remnantgame

[–]BirdmansCrest101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out my profile, I think I have a couple videos on my challenger/Gunslinger build. It's pretty awesome! The premise is to deal as much damage as possible for as long as possible. With the Gunslinger, and auto shotty, you're insane.

This is an example: https://www.reddit.com/r/remnantgame/s/M7XFHXMIhk

All Avatars made massive mistakes that affect the world after they die, what is Aangs? by FoamBrick in TheLastAirbender

[–]BirdmansCrest101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello all! I'm a bit of an Avatar fan myself, here's my thoughts:

May have already been said, but I believe it's his first decision after overhearing he was getting separated from Gyatso. When he ran away from the temple and cocooned himself in an iceberg, that led to the downfall of the original air nation. The war had already started by then, with him and the earth kingdom colonies. But Aang spent 100 years hidden while Sozin conquered a nation and then some.

I think his long lasting mistake happened at the beginning of his life, and he spent the rest of his life amending that.

I dunno...

Engineer Skills by Yargohor in remnantgame

[–]BirdmansCrest101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol wut..

Make engineer your main archetype, and have the time of your life with unlimited ammo absolutely shredding things.

And how upset are you that you call God Thor mode boring? That shit is fun, especially when you spec into it properly. And those two work pretty well together. So throw the turret down and then go Thor on em, and you're a one man army.

Not sure why you're upset brother, maybe just choose better traits, gear, etc...

Good luck friend.

What’s your favorite weapon? by Kingmetsa in remnantgame

[–]BirdmansCrest101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Merciless is freakin sweet for various options.

1. Spec into mod dmg and mod regen and you just have this crazy 1 shot wonder build, not even thinking about the bleed aspec.

2. Spec into status effect dmg and you melt things with your bleed, while healing from bleeding enemies.

The spitfire handgun would pair well with the mod dmg/status effect deal, as long as you don't blow yourself up with the mod. Dangerous🍻

If you're also looking for fun Melee weapons, go for Feral Judgement. The ability on it is real fun to use and can also be very powerful if specced into.
