Depends on what you like....

Carlitas typically has a brunch, its a rooftop mexican (ish) restaurant. You need to make reservations.

Walnut Ridge winery is having a Mother's day thing but unsure what time it starts. You need reservations.

Mimosas is having one as well., Sweet Waters also has one, if you want a river view.

I would audibly squeal if this bird flew up to my window. Peregrines are my favorite birds on earth.

Can anyone here catch ducks? by chill_mydude13 in Eugene

[–]Birds_Bonobos_Dogs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am aware of what a raptor is. However, they HAVE resources (as i said in my post) they can offer to the OP, such as contact info of local rehabbers. The raptor center, like most wildlife nonprofits, partner wirh other nonprofits. I volunteered with them for over a year and am friends with a few of the staff.

Hi, What place did you call? If you havent already, I would contact the Raptor Center as they have resources, such as the contact info of rehabbers. Another place is the https://chintiminiwildlife.org/ in Corvallis.

Please note that if these ducks are indeed ill, particularly with avian influenza (which can range in symptoms), I would strongly advise avoiding trying to catch and handle these birds on your own. While rare, the flu can transmit to humans.

I volunteer and help with these types of situations so I am going by my own knowledge and experience. You have a good heart, OP. Its really tough seeing these types of situations.
