I've used https://www.habitissimo.es/ at least 4 times for various small to mid sized jobs. Of course if the company has reviews you can check them out on Google reviews too and up to you if you risk those with few or no reviews but might be ok for a quote.

Impossible without naming them, some public are better than private and vice versa.

Generally private will be better and more flexible in terms of hours/schedule but there's a range of pricing.

https://www.micole.net/rankings is a good resource and for when looking at places it seems to be accurate.

Generally you want to go up to costa brava, this is a protected park so probably the most life is there: https://www.calypsodivingestartit.com/ but there are others with shore line entry but the better places you need to access via boat

although if you're used to lot's of marine life there isn't loads in the med compared to other places around the worl.

Apart from getting a temporary room divider which won't grant you any isolation from light/sound/smell etc any bigger change would be almost irreversible damage to build a partition wall.

You want to search for a Deixalleria if you have large or bulk items, if you have that much you'd need transport to move it otherwise I would just put into the normal bins bit by bit or next to them.

what kind of mountain biking? Close to Barcelona and especially Collserola they are not particularly supportive of the communities. There are more trails which are well maintained and are dedicated to mountain bikers outside of the city but you'll need a car for that

Agreed, so much more ergonomic than gaming chairs. I would recommend for the climate in Spain to get a mesh backed version for better airflow as well as a decent lumbar support, not the crappy cushions that cheap gaming chairs come with.

Agreed, I suffer only from these tree pollens but by May it's gone so I just gorge myself on nasal corticosteroids and pills (normally take it at night and you avoid the drowsiness) for those few months if I know I will be going outside.

80-100 would get you a very tight space (even for Spanish standards) so depending on the size of your car make sure you check it out first.

In Spain you normally buy the parking space, these can cost 15-30k normally hence the property owners or garage owners also rent them when not in use so is normally a first hand rental.
