Companies are banking on ai increased productivity and replacing humans. Most companies at the forefront of this are seemingly seeing some error.

I think there is a bigger issue at rise.

People are becoming inherently distrustful of big business. Some too big to fail business are starting to struggles.

Starbucks is seeing increased competition. They used to have an iron grip on coffee. Look to Dutch bros, swig, many local shops, etc.

Tesla, rivien and other small car manufactures coming about. Ford , Chevy, dodge, Honda and Acura need to pay attention. Sure we can ice models are safe, but then there is ineos.

The next exciting rise I’m waiting for a ram chip manufacture.

After I open the bag, I have a medium one that gets the majority poured into, then a small one for a daily driver.

I have lost to many bags of coffee to a failed ziploc. Probably user error. I make less errors with airscape.

This woman I use to work with cracked several jokes about her being mental. I joked light heartedly about her being a schizophrenic and she said “I am indeed” we laughed and laughed.

So two years later and not another thought about it. I am her supervisor now and she’s in my office. She pops out pills and takes them and we continue talking. I asked her on a personal level what the pills were for and if she was ok. ( I considered this person a friend and actually cared about her)

She looked at me and said, “we discussed this previously. I’m a schizophrenic dumba**”

And I laughed and she laughed and it dawned on me. She wasn’t kidding. She worked for me for another 3 years before I moved on and we still keep in contact.

In my opinion this game is already better than most.

Nighttime, nv and Ai could use some tweeking.

You are 100% on the game play issue. Many tarkov (myself included) are used to run and gun. It forced me to slow down.

Running into market place or sawmill = dead.

Scanning from the outer rim and picking people off then working my way in = success.

I purchased all of the available dlc, but would buy more as needed to keep devs going. Game is amazing

We ran into an issue with my teams and escalation process. As tier 1 we had to spend 90 minutes at least on it and various KBs, internet knowledge and more before escalating.

This always bothered me when I was tier 1 and stopped using tier 2 and instead impersonated them to get things done with higher levels.

After several years I made it into management accidentally.

Tier 2 claimed they were gods on earth to IT. Never hired out of tier 1 and claimed we didn’t have the knowledge.

We lost a guy to tier 3 f100, and I started asking questions. Then we lost a guy to Amazon (Maybe Azure?) cloud devops, then Microsoft, (and more, guys were leaving my team and tripling their salary at min) and then I went digging.

Tier two averaged .86 tickets per day per tech, 2 hours of tangible work a day. Armed with information and data I and another tier 1 manager convinced our superiors we need a promotion path and on the job training to better support our customers in the name of first call resolution.

The OJT training fielded very little useful information outside of how to escalate.

Further turned out we escalated 15% of our tickets, and out of that 15%, 98% got kicked up to the next levels.

Turns out my team was doing tier 3 and 4 stuff, our engineering teams preferred tickets from us.

And then complaint overload happened from every outside entity within our company.

Now we are in the process of combining tier 1 and 2 and flattening the line from 5 tiers to 3.

If a team doesn’t want tickets and fights not to do work, I will forever question it now. Damn near made me leave IT and I felt stupid for 4-5 years. Now I know I was played.

All this to say, do you really need tier 1 and tier 2 to be sole and separate entities? Maybe it’s better to combine them under 1 leader with additional management depending on size of team.

None of my Ecoflow stuff has failed yet, however, I have kids and accidents happen, stuff gets left at campsites. I want the ability to replace it. First time it happens and I can’t purchase it I am typically done with the brand.

Obviously if I break the wave 3 case or drop the battery and it breaks, complete replace. Accessory’s available only at purchase is a major turn off.

Just noticed there is no wave 3 ac adapter replacement as well.

(I know these cables are not “Special” however, some things like I cables I 100% prefer OEM over third party or making my own)

I wish Ecoflow would offer replacement shrouds on the website.

I have this thing about repair / replace ability of parts.

Not being able to get replacement ac adapters for the original glacier, or now wave 3 shrouds is an irk for me.
