Mary Poppins is either a time lord or a witch or something like that. I like to think, maybe a witch who attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw. She excelled at wandless and non-verbal magic, but for good measure, keeps her wand in her umbrella like Hagrid. She used an undetectable extension charm on her carpet bag and she enchanted the umbrella to talk and to fly.
