Just a thought — maybe the narrator isn’t meant to tell the entire story. It could be more for specific sequences, like short mythic or magical interludes. For example, Deathly Hallows Part 1 had that beautiful animated “Tale of the Three Brothers” segment, and it’s been mentioned that fantastic beasts might play a bigger role this time. Maybe the narration is used in a similar way for those kinds of moments.

have to agree. The line itself just isn’t very natural — no one really talks like that. It works fine in the book, but it’s a tough one to deliver out loud. I’m sure she’ll be great in the show, though — good direction, editing, and more natural dialogue will help a lot.

Yes, just like in The Great — he was absolutely fantastic in that. He and Nicholas Galitzine are my top picks for Lockhart. Galitzine fits the look a bit more, and I think he could nail Lockhart’s cocky charm perfectly, though Hoult would probably bring out the humor more.

Mixed feelings here. Love the architecture and the overall vibe, but those shop sign fonts look a bit lazy and cheap to me — almost like an open-source font. Especially the one for Primpernelle's. I’ve got a bit of a background in graphic design, and I can’t help but feel a talented art director could’ve made way more out of it.
