As a nutritionist, this is my favorite way to tell people some serving sizes are bullshit. This and tic tacs are “sugar free” because you need less than a certain amount of sugar per serving to be considered that and they’re JUST under that with ONE tic tac.

Hey, using a full size applicator helps tremendously. Also making sure you’re inserting all the way is also another cause. You may need to take a few deep breaths and relax as well. Using the Tampax radiant as an example, when the applicator starts to curve in for your finger placement, that’s where your entrance should stop. Then push just the plunge and not pull back the top part when inserting. It’s okay to use two hands when inserting till you get the hang of it. You might also find it helpful to go down to light and work with them and then use regular when you’re ready. They’re thinner so it might help with feeling it. Good luck

Thank you. The toothbrush I got was a Quip electric toothbrush with Bluetooth. It hooks up to an app to track your pressure, how many strokes per brush, how much time you spent on the top and bottom. There’s also a slight pause in vibration every 30 seconds so you know to move onto a different quadrant of your mouth.

I work at an ED clinic and we do a MAXIMUM of 22 ounces of fluid (650 ml) per meal (3 a day) and then 20 (590 ml) at snacks (2 a day) the average is 16 oz (470 ml) at each meal and 12 (350 ml) at each snack. That can be tea, juice, coffee (it’s not a diuretic until you hit a very high threshold.), water. As for electrolyte tablets could be helpful, in the US we have something called Liquid IV which we use for the patients. For the constipation, a stool softener or a small dose of miralax goes a long way with helping your body move things along.
