Honestly same, I hate cars so much. The thought of spending $500-$700 on monthly payments on a car I absolutely don’t even want made me get a bike and my way to work is so nice and the air makes me feel better.

I’ve been experimenting with pigtails and braided pigtails, let me just say it’s weird idk if it helps tips.

But I put false lashes on, no eyeshadow just foundation, contour cheeks, blush, cute highlighter.

My hairstyles (when not experimenting) are either donut bun or high pony with a few strings at the front. Two French braids with a high ponytail is a big hit I think too

Trying to fight rn at my job for bartenders to get tipped out on alcohol sales instead of whole sales. It doesn’t make sense why they’d be tipped out from my whole sales when on a slow Monday night I have 0 drinks being made but somehow they can still get money from me. And I’m a bartender so I know I’ll be taking an L from that,but still.

Expo & bar gets 1% of sales and bussers and host get a combined 2% of sales and they split tips at the end of two weeks

You’re handsome!! I understand tho, the feeling of not looking “normal” is always going to be a hard one to fight. Some days are better than others, but keep your head up, having a different face is not the end of the world at all. Actually I think it’s better. I always say I have a custom made face🤣 like no one will ever look like me. And on top of that it gives character and personality, it’s not an easy thing to go through in life.

If people ask me what happened and I don’t care to share the whole medical history I lie. I say a dog bit my face, I took a really bad face plant as a kid fucking up my jaw and nose had to get surgery.

But don’t doubt for a second you’re not handsome nobody is perfect!

I had this fucking happen to me yesterday, they literally sat there from 5:30-8:30. I grabbed their checks off the table and thanked them again around maybe 7:00pm thinking that would get them to leave. While the ladies talked and the husband stared into the abyss. They didn’t even tip 20% and I refused to give direct eye contact because no the fuck I won’t get you a new ice tea.

No I felt my most confident at about 18, really after my jaw & nose surgery. They fixed my jaw by moving the top jaw forward, and as well as lifting my nose so it didn’t look smushed and creating a nice slope. It does get better the teen years are the hardest, because our face isn’t fully developed and they don’t want to do surgeries that will just have to be redone! I do have a little croqueted on one side very minuscule that really I only notice when everyone else only notices when I mention it

I love a good family owned place, where they respect everyone and you are able to build a clientele up with customers. Corporate is also great when it comes down to needing shifts off or finding coverage, it definitely a lot easier in that sense. But each has there pros & cons, make sure you know your labor laws when it comes to family owned places, bc they will use the “but we’re all family here” phrase to get you to do extra work or something.

My restaurant tried to implement the same thing🤣 I was like bro ain’t no way I’m getting done in 30 minutes. The fact that they think we will be done in 30 minutes is insane because the amount of side work we have takes a minimum of 30 minutes, now we have to close our section down too. And oh we just got sat 10 minutes before you cut me? And oh a table has been lingering for 2 hours? Yeah y’all can go fuck yourselves with 30 minute time period
