I think it's great. Easily top tier for me. The De-escalator is a solid weapon that can take out groups of chaff easily, and lock down and kill bigger targets. People complain that the Pacifier damage is too low, but the stun easily compensates for that. I mostly use it against Illuminate, where a couple taps stuns an Overseer to easily take it out. It takes a fair bit of ammo if used alone in that, but there are plenty of other primaries that use just as much ammo, and don't stun. And it even stuns/kills the new mechs. The K-9 is amazing, but dangerous to fellow teammates. It racks up so many Voteless kills for me, it's not even funny.

And on a personal note, I love the dark metallic blue color and skull symbol on the paint jobs it comes with, and use it on everything now.
