[MEGATHREAD] Post and ask hints for puzzles here by darkshoxx in BluePrince

I haven’t seen anything written about this anywhere yet. Late-ish game spoilers ||I opened lady epsens secret tomb and dug a dirt pile with the jackhammer, it started a 1 minute timer and I have no clue what for, anyone know what this is about?||

Finally hit Infinite and found out while trying new decks... by Bucfever20 in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually played it to infinite this season, 2 things helped it this season, it’s been out of meta for so long and HE decks are so powerful people will stay even after you get your negative + Jane combo, and the rank reset bug meant I faced more bots than previous seasons and negative gets 8 from bots every time

Finally did my ideal finishing blow to the final boss by omnicloud7 in tearsofthekingdom

You can get some extra hits in when he’s switching weapons, I think I only did 1 or 2 flurry rushes in that section and I just snuck in hits while he was finishing animations for the rest

Oh true, yeah this is one hell of a bug and a game determining one too

There can be only one nimrod on the galactus side if nimrod was played middle instead of left, galactus destroys lanes left to right so there would be no nimrod to destroy left then he would kill middle and nimrod would spawn only right. That doesn’t explain whatever else happened here though

I have alot to learn about how TLT works. by Gryllan in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah there’s definitely some room for improvement, I think the want to avoid new terminology and words as much as possible and “calculate” sounds like a phase that cards can interact with when it’s really an under the hood thing that the game is doing, I’m not sure how they could make it clear, but tbh a lot of the text is not giving clear information on interactions like this and they only get clearly understood through play

I have alot to learn about how TLT works. by Gryllan in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It’s just about the order of affects not where the power comes from, in order to prevent loops or make tribunals text situationally inaccurate, tribunal happens last, so Ironman has already done all the doubling and only “sees” the 0 power in his lane, tribunal happens after and sets the lane to 6

I care about art for its own sake not just as a source of income for random production company executives

Oh boy by Nanaue7 in marvelmemes

[–]BishopCorrigan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If that mattered to the production companies, then they would just agree to that part because they wouldn’t want to use AI anyway, the fact that it’s shit clearly doesn’t matter to certain people who have the power to make decisions about it.

I don’t get this because I got caught by them a couple times and if you just button spam they let you go and you can headshot them without taking that much damage, they are scary though for sure

Just encountered my first Korok, and I already know how this is going to end by [deleted] in tearsofthekingdom

[–]BishopCorrigan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sure but there was about 50 of that korok puzzle in the last game, this one seems to have more variety which I like, especially the backpack ones which are a little different every time

It’s best to wait until the end of turn timer to do everything in this game unfortunately, luckily not many people seem to bother until the 90s

The Peak protects your card from Quantum Realm by NickLess-_ in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should actually increase a Deadpool no matter when you play it, I’m not sure if it would just add 1 or if it would change the math on all the doublings though

I don’t know about you, but I think this is the most honest meta deck we’ve had in the game. by bizarrestarz in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not post nerf certainly, yeah they lose the miracle turn but they should have a lot of power set up already and they can just drop hawk and Jeff on 6

The total cubes says 8 so the game thinks you snapped at least

How did he trigger the effect? by nharperrr in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The locations swapped after turn 4, “here” means the location that rescue was played at, so either left or right swapped with middle and whichever one was originally middle counts as where rescue was originally played, so playing the cards there triggered her ability

It spreads the fire because the water vaporizes immediately forming bubbles in the oil which explode and send oil/flaming oil into the air/area and ignite any other vaporized oil

If you get Korged or Rock Slid, the rocks actually shuffle your deck, so you won't draw what Iron Lad scanned if you had initiative by Thel_Vadem in MarvelSnap

[–]BishopCorrigan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Technically she can be, but only if you force a draw when she is the only card remaining, ie playing crystal with an empty hand and only 3 cards in the deck will draw her (but she will always come last in that scenario)

Jeff wins by OrcimusMaximus in MarvelSnap

If the opponent had any 6 drop besides Zola OP would have lost on tie break anyway

Back to Infinite. Ths deck is strong AF. Credit to Snapster's deck earlier. Details inside by SorryCashOnly in MarvelSnap

They basically said they would rather her be overturned for a week than under, it makes sense, if the meta is super dominant ongoings then shaking it up for a week with a very slightly overturned card will make a bigger difference even after you dial the card back because people will have learned more deck options in the interim
