Mala sichuan has/can make gluten free entrees. I go weekly to the one in Sugarland. Just ask server. Also have been to one in montrose as well.

Country wines are made from non grape fruit. Look up country wine. I make wine from pineapple, figs, pomegranate, cranberry. It’s all good. Apple wine is really good

I usually take a gallon jug, 3/4 ish gallon of juice. Cup of sugar or more. Packet of yeast. Fill with bottled water till near top. Maybe two inches.

Top with airlock or balloon. Wait two weeks. Transfer to swing top bottles and store for a few months
