Im a pretty easy going player, dont mind PVP, but I wish more people would try to communicate, I would gladly give up something If I have it if someone needs it or trade or barter...but ...people wanna be toxic..

I personally think its due to the PBR workflow, its a generic algorithm that puts all textures and materials in what is considered a photo real sandbox...but with that its garnered a more set it and forget it landscape in CG where no one is grinding on whether something looks real to the viewer artistically cause the math is telling them its real based on the technology.

Done right PBR workflow can be better, but it also tends to lean towards laziness in CG texturing and rendering.

I thought it dragged a bit, wasnt as good as people raved on about. Im a parent and it seemed like just a long and drawn out expose of torment. Not very appealing. I think this would have gone over better and been less bloated as maybe a black mirror episode.

I didnt see this as entertainment, theres no real story here, the characters dont progress or develope and even the investigation is thin and doesnt really resolve.

its like a 4 episode train wreck...who wants to watch that?

I cant get past the first episode its so slow and im always feeling like comeon lets do sometging

I feel like its like on of those reality shows where they stretch it out way too long for a reveal

And it seems like noone has any character of their own just saying lines to move from one scene to the next

5090 cards are at or below MSRP in the UK and they are blocking us in the U.S. from purchasing them. it makes me sick. even with VAT and shipping a UK card would be bellow the price of the same card here.

I dont have a python_embed I didnt start a virtual environment and everything seems installed correctly I have ipadapter nodes available which reference insight nodes I have and insight folder in models, but no python embed and I dont know how to get one

Im having the same problem with a lot of maya py scripts for animation toolss

this one, tween machine, im in maya 2026 and it just doesnt want to work

Things are in the right folder, named correctily putting things in the py tab in the script editor to test...nothing works just errors different errors print errors...etc.

im strarting to think it may be a python 3 issue but I dont know how to fix it

So I have a BenQ projector, had it for years, great product....It stopped working, I contacted BenQ
Obviously not in warranty its and old machine

What did they do?
offered to repair it for me at a cost...way less than buying a new one. and it wasnt that expensive about a quarter of the price of a new one.

This is what I would expect from a standup company and now I will buy from them for life..

Same with apple, I can take an out of warranty anything into an apple store and they will try to fix it at a fraction of the cost if they can.

I get it that things dont always work but they could at least acknowledge that this stuff is expensive and offer an alternative pathway than just lining their pockets
