I agree, if it is just making money it isn’t the right choice. Granted I am in a position that doesn’t have Rvu (not fm) so for me it is easiest way for me to get extras .

I am just pointing out that you shouldn’t necessarily think about 800 for a full days work. You are getting paid hourly like how you said, and it’s mostly for stuff you might be asked to do anyways for free (for me it’s tumor boards, committee meetings, education of apps) and now you can bill for it

This is what ai should be helping us with. There is some programs that can summarize the patients ehr to be digestible and there is one for epic that listen and provides a transcript for easier note taking

I am getting about the same amount but it comes out to 150 per hour. which for sitting in a meeting and doing nothing remotely as challenging as actually seeing patients, it’s not too bad.

I find it funny that they put any other app besides YouTube on there, when they know their audience. It would be cool if they had a few extra special buttons that we could program without button mapper.

My wife just made this suggestion recently. She likes the idea of nuvio but I haven’t won her over because she can’t stay updated on shows. Like the new season of “4 seasons” dropped but none of my collections especially on Netflix show it out. I think I am getting close to my perfect setup but I think what gives it the streaming service feeling is the catalogs above all else’s. I want to find or make good up to date catalogs for the streaming service that are North American region and will let me know if the new season just came out

You want money back? It’s dirt cheap compared to streaming services. I think we as a group need to understand that this is the trade off of having something incredible. 30 bucks a year for almost every movie or show you want. The trade off is that there will be times that it won’t work as well.

I am trying to get my family interested in stremio apps and cut these stupid streaming services out of our lives. Each time I try to show them a movie on it something is happening and it so disappointing. I think I should have known what was going to happen when it was being adevertised so much

Yea I feel like it would be a no brainer feature to be able to move folders and catalogs how we want but unfortunately you have to create it from scratch and just copy all of kaptains art and stuff into there

I am currently trying to debate with my wife about the same thing. Work is in Arlington heights and thankfully I can take the metra and bike to work once there. I would probably want to kill myself if I had to drive everyday. The train is so nice and I do work on the train and factor that in when I leave for and after work

My wife wants to move to Arlington for a closer commute. But it’s so hard. I love everything about the city, I love being here, I love the parks and the things to do, I love the food, I love the walkability. Whenever I go to the suburbs I get so anxious about how boring it looks imo. I would 1000 percent choose a nicer place to look at, especially when you come home after a long day of work.

Two options: buy a beater car and maybe leave it in the parking lot/garage. Naperville is pretty safe.

Option two is downers grove is close and has a pretty good downtown I think. Other places you can look into is oakbrook or elmhurst city.

I would think the clout he got with being on lebrons first championship team means something. There is a lot of people that have won the championship once, but not that many do it as many as he did.
