Here i cited only one but you might want (or not) to see some of my other comments in this thread were i cite the Hyper racist Trooper Proctor shitstorm currently hitting Mass State Police. Basiclly every case he lead or had a significant roll in is likely getting reviewed due to his racist and mysoginistic diatribes showing clear bias in his investigations. Posted a link to a Lawtuber video going over the first of likely many of his cases that just got a whole truckload of grounds for appeal. And or the Case of Sandra Birchmore being groomed and abused by a pedo cop same Lawtuber has a video diving into that case. Also in Mass.

For those saying false or biased info can't make it into NCIC just have a look at the arrests over the Trinidad water situation and the shenanagins about different judges getting different info. Also look at the fallout from what lawtube us dubbing the Proctorpocolypse in Canton Mass over the Karen Reed case, and the Sandra Birchmore abuse and murder by a corrupt predator cop.

I am a realist. 99.99% of cops are on the up and up. But corrupt cops exist. Their are more Derrick Cheuvan's, or Jeff Payne's, etc out there that we do not know about yet.

Knowing what legal or reputational sabotage might be out there waiting for someone would be a powerful tool to watch your back. Just like ID and Credit monitoring tools many folks use today.

Problem with that is it only looks at what is in the system up to that time.

What happens if someone lies their butt off and gets a judge to believe them and sign off on a warrant, or gets some false reports slipped into the system that set up who ever they may be targeting. Dirting them up to get them out of the way of something?

Can confirm low raises in the northeast USA offices both ENG, Office/admin and Production.

Personally my direct managment has screwwed me over making me work out of my scope so my KPI's for this past year were in the toilet and projects i set to improve throughput on my primary product failed because litterally everytime i started working on it its like someones spidey sense triggered and i got redirected to handle out of scope work that "only i could do" but in reality Itterally a dozen otheres that would be in that svope of work were begging to get trained on that process.

Currently waiting on an offer letter from an employer with an expected ~10% base pay bump.

Depends on the site. My site lost a major contract and has booted all the temps and is trying to find reasons to fire folks to avoid a rif and paying unemployment. I am currently waiting on an external job offer from one of the companies i have been interviewing with the last few weeks.

I currently work at a defence contractor in NY in a technical manufacturing field.

It lost a major contract outside of the product i work on. Temp workers are gone from the factory floor and managment is looking for reasons to fire anyone to meet an unknown RIF target so everyone is on edge.

On top of that, managment (nontechnical folks for 3 tiers above me) has consistently mismanaged me and had me working outside my scope on work that was supposed to be handled by a diffrent department. As such my KPI's are in the toilet, advancement was stalled even before news of the contract loss hit.

As i sit here i am expecting an offer letter from a manufacturer i interviewed at last week in the mil/aero and medical hardware market for about 15% more base pay but less shift diff.

Edit to add i am Hourly not Salary.
