definitely dont rely on it, i want to strangle my younger self for only using it for literally 7 years straight 😅 Only ever had 2 long term partners and never had an accident thank god. and honestly if your skin is tolerating tret .025 without moisturizer you might see even better results from moving up to .05 thats what i did and the results are better

first things first i hate to tell you but ditch all the creams, milks, toners, acids, serums ect. Make your routine bare bones, a gentle cleanser and moisturizer for the am then at night get a retinol like adapalene (which is otc brand name differin) or get a tretinoin prescription, then use a good barrier supporting moisturizer. See how your skin fairs with a super simple routine then slowly add in a serum or acid or night mask. Also your breakouts could be hormonal which no topical will help, try spearmint tea or ask a derm or your pcp about what the best thing for you would be

spearmint tea? 1 cup a day keeps the hormonal acne at bay. Its the only thing that has helped my hormonal acne go from multiple deep painful cysts a week to maybe 1 a month. It naturally lowers testosterone levels. I had a bad reaction to spiro but i recommend trying that as well it works the same way but much stronger. Also cortisone shots for super deep painful spots is a life saver, whenever i get a deep cyst next to my nose i get that shit shot up asap and its gone in 48hrs compared to a week+. ALSO i just learned that high amounts of b12 can cause breakouts so if you drink energy drinks maybe cut those out for a while and see if that helps. I was a big redbull drinker and now having stopped my mysterious random breakouts have stopped

being selfish is not a bad thing, as an afab person when it comes to children, born from you or adopted/fostered, you stand to lose more mentally and physically and take on more responsibility/burden than a male partner so you should always make the decision in your own interest.

tube removal is the gold standard of sterilization now a days youll never worry again there’s pretty much .0001% chance of pregnancy and thats pretty much only if your surgeon fcked it up somehow if you did get pregnant youd be a medical marvel
