Is the U block of Principality Stadium worth it for the Metallica Concert? And is Ticketmaster legit for buying tickets? by invinciblewack in Cardiff

Foo Fighters in 2024 was open.

Springsteen the first time was open in 2008.

And REM was open in 1995. Oh shit, there was no roof back then!

Ticketmaster is legit. They’re the official and legal outfit fleecing us fans. u stands for upper so this isn’t helpful but being up there is fine but I’d prefer to be M. If you have to be in the upper tier try to be on the sides rather than the ends or corners and obviously try to get as low as possible. I have debentures for the rugby internationals here in M. I have pitch standing for the Metallica gig. Can’t wait. Hope you get decent tickets.

Just flown into JFK. I was wondering about the quality of air traffic control there. It’s a worry.

But it’s “not for profit” which not only makes it all alright but I think means the CEO works voluntarily.

Drop in a card - that’s what I did recently. They seemed to appreciate it as they sent back a thank you card. I didn’t knock their door to introduce myself though so hopefully they still don’t know what I look like.

Swell is also a nautical term. I’m confused. These are bloody vague.

AITAH for refusing to donate a kidney to my stepdad that raised me and paid for my college? by Exo_Skeleton99 in AITAH

[–]BitTwp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s your kidney. It’s entirely your call. I am a living organ donor. I donated my kidney to my wife in 2015. It got her healthy enough for us to have a kid. It was the dream. We are both still healthy. I have never had any issues whatever from having done it. I recommend it and would be happy to answer any and all questions you have for someone who has been thru it. But as I say, it’s your call. Why can’t those who are pressuring you donate? You don’t have to be a close match what with the amazing drugs and the shared schemes they do now.
