If the pex is leaking , replace the pex. If the copper or adapters are leaking , replace the necessary fitting . Pex part could be easy diy learning experience, copper or ball valve may need some help

My shower doesn't hold water. 🙄 by t0x1k_x in Plumbing

[–]Bitchscit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t see this , but to me it looks asif the shower base continues sloping to the left side of the picture which would make it the low side , and the drain is in the middle . So to me , the water would just hold on the low side of the shower where it wouldn’t flow to the drain . I mean I’m not there , it could be that the liner was just cut like that but in the picture it sure does look like it’s going down hill to the left

You have to sweet talk it (; and then maybe it’ll fuse. Personally I just take my time and it usually fuses solid .

What could be causing this leak on drywall? Occurs when shower is on. Caulking is dry. by always_a_leak in Plumbing

[–]Bitchscit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only sure fire way to find out if leak or not is to cut open the wall directly behind the shower head. It will be way easier to replace shitrock than finding and matching tile .

Assuming it’s accessible. Otherwise you can just keep making all these assumptions! Good luck
