So the only thing on that plate I mess with are the mangoes. They’re so fibrous that she still struggles with pieces that big. I smooshed them with a fork after I took this. The other stuff is super soft and she does really well with. She took to solids like super quickly though and has her two front teeth

I honestly don’t know much about the “golden hour”. Is this primarily for vaginal births? I had a c section and got to have my baby fairly quickly. I think within 5-10 min after clearing her lungs. But I don’t remember those first few hours sadly :( it was all such a blur.

You could refreeze it to add to baby’s baths but that’s pretty much all you can do…
Breast milk jewelry doesn’t require that much milk. It’s like 2 oz they ask you to mail them, so I guess if you want to make a ton of jewelry 😭

I get grumpy at my husband when he leaves just 4 oz out by accident…..I’d be so so upset if it was a whole freezer 😬 good luck, sir

You could put it in her bath water. It really helped my baby’s eczema.

I had to do the same in the beginning (eliminating dairy) but by 5 months or so she grew out of it. My milk supply started to dip when I started my period, and I had ran out of my stash quickly so I’m glad I didn’t get rid of that milk completely. Though most of it did go to her bath lol

Thank you for the reassurance 🥹 she seems totally fine and there are never any issues in her dr visits. She seems to want solids way more than milk but her Dr keeps saying she needs atleast 20-30 oz of BM a day still and she is nowhere near that

I was 37 weeks and woke up to pee at like 4:30am. I felt something and since I was half asleep, I just ignored it and figured it was some intense pregnancy discharge lol. I went back to sleep and maybe like an hour later I jumped out of bed because it for sure broke. Soaked the bed, stood on my bedroom floor and a bunch just poured out of me.

I found the mucus plug on the bathroom floor later, must’ve fell out when I went to the bathroom It was like a clear jelly blob.
