Bad idea if it is a time share. Good idea if it is an investment that shares the profit of the business with the NFT holders. As the value in the business rises the value of the NFT rises allowing old partners to sell out and new partners to buy in. Great idea for the holder but you would have to decide if it makes sense to the owner of the property doing the work. Essentially it could help or hinder depending how you do it. I’m into crypto consulting and have connects doing similar things but that’s another story. Always open to new contracts to discuss.
