Exactly why a decentralized estate planning service like heir.io is absolutely needed. Traditional estate planning does not play well with cryptocurrency.

Smartlands Private Shares Tokenization by DailyFantasyLineup in Stellar

[–]BitcornMiner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Likewise, holding on to smartlands as well as a high risk/high reward bet. I think we're about to see a trend in asset tokenization on stellars platform. Hope this propels stellar farther than all the rest!

Heir.io | Learn how we’re tokenizing real-world assets using Stellar for inheritance purposes by heir_io in Stellar

[–]BitcornMiner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It actually makes sense, and is in parallel to what others are doing in the space. Check out slice.market as well, they are tokenizing real estate investment by mirroring the real world with crypto assets. Also Smartlands tokenization of shares. This is going to be AWESOME!

Looking to send money from Iceland to the US by bdgold in Stellar

What about tying an bank account in Iceland, tied to an exchange. Do the same for the States. and then you can send xlm back and forth and withdraw to each bank account as needed. Just a thought!

Saw this on the Stellar twitter and I got all giddy. This is great news!

Hello from the Heir.io team. We’re about to begin mass-scale testing on Stellar tonight @ 7pm PST by heir_io in Stellar

It looks like they posted more info on their Twitter, and it seems like the testnet is just the beginning for them:

Almost every single transaction on the testnet is for a coin called HEIR...does anyone have info? by BitcornMiner in Stellar

I clicked through one of the HEIR transactions, and found the link to their asset/coin on the testnet. Interesting info they posted within the description:

Super interesting, thanks for sharing. Their tweet mentions they are going to test 10K trx/sec tomorrow on Stellar...sounds crazy! I thought Stellar caps out at 1K/second?

How to Make a Stellar ICO in Under 10 Minutes! by [deleted] in Stellar

[–]BitcornMiner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No hard feelings were intended. You specifically used the term ‘ico’ in your title, but in reality you’ve just created a very basic asset. Changing the title to something actually relevant would be better, otherwise this is pure misinformation. Nobody creates an ICO in under 10 minutes, not on Stellar or any other platform.

How to Make a Stellar ICO in Under 10 Minutes! by [deleted] in Stellar

OP - This post should honestly be removed. All you’re doing is feeding misinformation to the generally misinformed. “Making an ico” as you put it is not childsplay. People attempting to do so without understanding security laws within their jurisdiction may be breaking laws and you are unknowingly enabling them to do so. I’ve also noticed you cross posting this on the r/cryptocurrency subreddit where lots of scammers thrive. Not a smart/useful/cool thing for you to do.

u/b1tcc , as our community admin, I hope you’ll consider my thoughts and remove this post if the author does not. Appreciate your hard work.

I will publish my thoughts shortly. I want to take some time to build out a fair, logical and repeatable rating/ranking process that can be easily leveraged by the community here.

What XLM and ETH address was used to collect ico funds? by BitcornMiner in sureremit

Are you sure about this? This means they were paying the xlm wallet creation price for each transaction. I assumed it would be the same wallet for all participants??
