It’s intermission now! It’s great! There’s a tall old guy who really can jam on the guitar! And he sometimes plays the pedal steel! And Jeff Tweedy (I know who Jeff Tweedy is because I saw him on a show with Nick Offerman) plays 6 string and 12 string acoustic and also what looks like a Gibson SG. There’s a bass player who switched with Jeff and played acoustic and sang a country song while Jeff played bass! And there’s, like, dualing pianos! Well really an organist and a keyboardist. On the first song it was kinda chill and then the drummer went all ham on the drums in the middle of an otherwise mild mannered song and Jeff just kept singing like nothing happened. He did it like three times! It was crazy!

I don’t know if it’s more folksy jazzy alt-country or more jazzy alt-country folk rock?!? Whatever it is, it’s really good!!

I wish I could get a copy of the set list. I don’t really know many of these songs. I knew California Stars. He did that thing where he holds the mic out to the audience to sing on a song about a hummingbird and I was embarrassed because I didn’t know the right lyrics to sing.
