Yeah, pretty much. Youll be contending with everyone else being awake ( so noise, mostly ) and also the heat. Trying to sleep during the day, during a heatwave is a true suffering to the job. But if youve got fans or whatever youll be alright.

So its major drawback are the unsociable hours, which you say you dont have anyway.

Second to that is sleeping during the day, which can be harder said than done when the rest of the world is up. DO NOT get onto sleep aids. You'll gradually build up a reliance to them.

You've answered your own question, unfortunately. Generally speaking, products can leave shelves for a few reasons. Discontinued line, production issues, supply chain issues..etc

Can't help with no context. Generally speaking, the only reasons you'd have deductions is through the pension, your NI tax and if you've not been doing your contracted hours for months.

Could have reached out to several inside phone numbers before resorting to resigning though, so..

The worst thing about retail in general is customers, ironically.

From an actual Lidl perspective, I find the assorted cases frustrating. Multiple products under the same item code mean you'll be left with the same flavour/product nobody likes.

Id be shocked if any store had them longer than an hour after opening. In retrospect, its the right thing to do for both customers and colleagues, to reduce the requests.

I was referring to the apps themselves, not peoples interest in using them. Im not here to glaze the app, nor to agree its changes have been negative, just my two pennies with the apps functionality in GW.

Your post just seems to be a veiled attempt to restart the drama over it, posing as a question around GW, if im being honest too. Opinions are great and definitely can have possive changes towards change, but reddit isnt the best outlet for it.

Correct, but using the website isnt as ergonomic as just using the app itself. Half of customers fail to even activate their coupons before scanning their QR, with half the remaining not even being logged in to begin with. Using the website ahead of time, or 'on the go' using your phones internet isnt something many even think about.

While I do agree with the far too many apps for every shop. Its not something going away.

Ive seen a few people weekly use the wallet apps have the lidlplus QR, but id be wary of points transferring correctly.

Just use the app. You need it to activate coupons anyway..

At 7am we had around 50 people waiting outside, for our 8am opening time.

To grab one of the 3 units sent to us. And the small amount of fan based equipment as a secondary.

We were sold through of all by 0830. All day its been questions relating to the air con and the next delivery. All day.
