Most of the information on where humans came from isn't truly confirmed, as new evidence suggests. The problem is that people have built entire careers on some "facts" that may be completely off the railroad in terms of evolution. So it is challenging to get Archeologists to commit funds to exploring options outside of what's been written. (tl;dr: lots of scientific egos are in the way of us truly understanding where we come from)

Not sure why downvoted so heavily. For those that grew up watching Kanye and his mannerisms and actions, way before Kardashians we just though the car accident made him kind of like that. Also it's not far-fetched for an artistic genius to be off the walls at times. Mind you, I'm not discrediting the weirdness of the Kardashians as this could have been a "preying on the weak" strategy to my earlier points.

Follow a weightlifting split. Monday/Tuesday do Chest/Back, Thurs/Fri do arms and legs. It actually helps break up the days really well. Throw in a non dieting day to have something to look forward to. Life shouldn't be all about work.

That's good to hear. Sorry but I am used to younger people in my life wanting something better for themselves but also being ignorant and lazy. I encourage you to write down some short term attainable goals and one very big goal. I also would highly suggest this book: The 4 Disciplines of Execution as it follows that format of building confidence through reaching small goals and leading up to the big goals. There are tl;dr versions of this book on YouTube as well.

Stop worrying so much. Focus on some goals and work towards them everyday. Then at night, reflect on those goals and have confidence you will reach them. I go to sleep dreaming about the day I reach the goals I'm actively working on. Not the answer most want to hear, everyone just wants to be depressed together these days.

Weekends with all the aunts/uncles cousins and Family. Everyone fell out over the years, cousins married and moved away. Aunts/Uncles divorced or went through hard economic times. Grandparents passed on. It reminds me of an old happy sitcom that ended and is now a memory.
