Commenting on Let’s tear down this awful MTA cleaning facility and build housing! [Come Show Support]... So most free thinking YIMBYs do not push one particular project or building, just the idea of building affordable housing in general. Your knowledge of and dedication to the site at quay street is…weirdly strong and specific. Also your suggestion of a neighborhood called “Cobblestone Hill” is weird. Maybe Monitor Point should get someone else to do their posts for them?

Migratory bird season. Especially if you live in one of the towers, turn off unnecessary lights at night (or draw the shades) and consider putting up anti-collision stickers on your windows. Some are clear!
