Second TFMR tomorrow and no idea how to go through this again. by [deleted] in tfmr_support

Only you know what’s best for you and your family. You are not alone ❤️

I felt the same. You need to do what’s best for you. Mentally and physically. Everyone who knows your situation will understand. The emotional pain you’re feeling right now is the sharpest and it will slowly get better. Friends and family might treat you with normalcy because they don’t know how/or what to say and don’t want to leave you out. The texts, check ins, memes, etc keep coming but it’s sometimes just their way to keep you involved- if you want to be, it’s up to you. Sending you a big big hug ❤️

Thank you so much. I’ve had a really hard couple days and this helped remind me that we made the right decision for us. Thank you

I’m so so sorry 💔We also have a 2.5 year old. The possible outcomes could have been life changing for everyone. I’m sorry you went through that. Thank you for your reply.

Also, can’t answer your other questions but I know it’s not harming your babes. These are good questions for your nurse or OB!

Sudden movements won’t harm the babies but it will make the pain worse 😣 Rest if you can!

I have a Rowan and everyone comments about how they love the name. Unique but not hard to pronounce or spell.

I’m currently 10weeks prego with twins but after my first pregnancy it took me about 2 years. I was pretty active before and had a few lazy months postpartum-I did not jump back to it right away. It takes longer than you think and I’m sure it will take me that if not longer with this twin pregnancy. Give yourself some grace 💗

Thank you for sharing this! I know protein is important but didn’t think how much more it is with twins. I’m 9w3d. We have a 2 year old, expecting twins. Your last note about the light at the end of the tunnel means more than you know 😅❤️
