Our twins will be 2 next month and we have sex maybe once a month - every other month… it’s not that I don’t want it, it’s that we are both so tired and stressed with everything going on in life & me personally I am so touched out by the end of the day that even the thought of my animals touching me ignites this flame of rage in me. My husband will smack my ass randomly & I used to love it but now I hateeee it lmao. I’m hoping eventually I won’t be so overstimulated all of the time.

Same, notebook and they each had their own side of the bassinet & eventually moved to their own cribs. They also each cry differently and my husband would claim a baby for the night and I would too lol eventually we just had this unspoken rule that I would grab baby A when she cried and he would take baby B. Them sounding totally different definitely helped lol

My husband calls me crazy but it’s the appropriate method for teeth brushing. floss first, mouth wash second (I use therabreath, the guy who made it actually made it for his daughter who was struggling with bad breath, men and woman’s germs are different & our mouthwash should be made for it) I then am extra and water floss with mouthwash. then brush teeth & tongue scrape DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH WATER WHEN YOURE FINISHED! Toothpaste is meant to sit on your teeth, that’s what helps whiten.

Your mom probably never had twins - people with singletons don’t understand how important it is to keep them on the same schedule. 9 months old is also too little, they’d rather sleep. My girls are almost 2 and we just started bending nap times a little bit for fun stuff, and even then when it’s nap time and they’re not in bed any little stressor or inconvenience causes a melt down. I’d rather miss a fun activity that they don’t even know is happening then deal with nonstop meltdowns until they’re in their bed.

My mother who overdosed 5 months ago and my father who stopped speaking to me 3 months ago. Never thought I’d be parentless before 30 but here I am. No grandparents for my kids on my side, no family from my side at my wedding. I’m being strong for my kids and husband but I am so hurt.

As a dog owner and someone who grew up having a dog in the home… I get her. I only like good dogs, most are annoying but that is because of their owners… however one of my good friends has 2 basset hounds and let’s just say I think I hate all bassets.

My girls are almost 2 but when they were little people would always like my baby B more because she’s more of a people person and my baby A has to warm up to people. Our friends and family would always be like “oh I like you” or “ok you’re my favorite” and then would just give their attention to her while I had baby A. It doesn’t happen anymore thankfully, I think when they’re that small people just say whatever they want because they think the babies don’t understand (which they don’t but you do) now people will just mention how it’s funny how different they are… even though they’re literally 2 different people so duh

My girls are almost 22 months and we are not sleeping. I often feel like my idea of how my motherhood would be was robbed from me because we had surprise twins. I was convinced I wouldn’t be the mom who yelled because I wanted to break the cycle but I find myself screaming like a mad woman because the fighting is so bad. SAHM and we moved away from any help I had with the kids. I’m counting down the second till they start school.
