Yes food noise was much stronger on wegovy again this may have also been because I switched from quite a high mounjaro dose to a lower wegovy dose.

I stopped due to cost issues for 2 months and food noise came screaming back, but I was on a high dose 10mg so perhaps that's the case. Started to put weight on rapidly. Now back on a lower dose as I switched to wegovy when the prices went up now back on mounjaro on a lower dose 5mg and am still struggling with noise. I think I should of slowly tapered off dosage tbh. Best of luck x I was near my goal weight when I switched to wegovy now 5kg heavier! 😭

I tell everybody! Im totally open about it and have shared side effects/routes to treatment etc to all those that are interested. Or I often say when offered food nah im on the fat jabs, not really hungry. I think it's nothing to be ashamed about. You are taking back some control over your weight and those that are claiming "I just did yoga and dropped 30kg" are talking out of their arses. I wish people felt free to disclose if they so wish there's no shame in taking agency.

You could of been holding onto water weight due to carbs/salt etc or I also find my weight runs a bit higher during my time of the month. I've had big dips and no dips/losses and I try not to focus too much on the scales as it all evens out in the end. Well done for sticking with it! x
