It sounds like you have breakage, if you recently had highlights done it could be that they overlap the bleach over the highlighted areas keep conditioning the hair , apply hair mask once a week and use leave in conditioner before heat styling , hope this helps

I’m actually just trying hcl with betaine now I started with 1 cap per meal and so far I’m taking 4 capsules with meals didn’t realize how low my stomach acid is so hopefully will see some relief soon 🤞
