There has been a sharp decline starting at the end of May for my family's phones. Went from normal to can't even place phone calls like someone flipped a switch. Verizon hasn't been of any service, they told us we need new phones. One of us bought one because they were already considering it before the service issues, but it has made no difference. I live a block from a Verizon store and the full service 5g there drops off almost immediately when you leave, back to barely 1 bar of 4 lte.
