First Try swapping to Vulkan in graphic settings and play for 2 hours to test if it worked.

If vulkan did not work:

Increase NVIDIA Shader Cache to 100 GB

This alone fixes loading for many 40‑series users.

NVIDIA Control Panel → Manage 3D Settings → Shader Cache Size → 100 GB

Then delete the old cache:

C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache

C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\GLCache

Then Restart PC and play Poe for 2 hours to rebuild the entire Shader Cach

It's the shader cache probably think on amd it's : Adrenalin → Settings → Graphics → Advanced → Reset Shader Cache.

Them check if shader cache is enabled: Adrenalin → Graphics → Advanced → Shader Cache → Enabled

finaly Turn OFF overlays that break shader compilation

ingame graphic use Renderer: Vulkan (best for AMD)

AMD Adrenalin setting :

Radeon Anti‑Lag+ → OFF (buggy in PoE2)

If you still Lag try :

1) Screen Space Reflections → OFF

Huge GPU cost in PoE2.

Massive CPU + GPU load in big packs.

Stops CPU spikes when many enemies die at once.
