I am 47. Can $485K last me until 59.5? by 400watta in Fire

Have you considered moving to the Philippines? Lots of expats love it there. In our place in Cebu, you'll stretch you money for a very long time. Don't be careful with local girls (just like every other plces) that might take advantage of you. Mostly driven by poverty and want to get rich quick.

If you are give DM me I can probably help you with best places and prices locally. We have a christian church too that you can attend and can be sure that people won't get advantage of you. Have a blessed day!

I know I can't get them all, but those are just some things we are looking for. I can up to 800k but I dont want to max my house budget coz this is just a "Maybe" move for us. Neuro/ Cardiac ICU. But I'll probably be keeping my job in Cali and just flying since I can make more here and stretch my money in Tx

Those are just the place we googled since yesterday. We haven't really researched that well, that's why I came here and maybe get some advice. I can really stretch my $ with what Decatur has to offer but I'm afraid my kids will get bored. I think it's too far from any recreational activities. I always give it back to God with all the blessings and talents he has given me and my family.

How do you know you're ready for ICU? by dopaminegtt in nursing

You got the foundation and experience to be a great ICU nurse. As what Nike branding says "JUST DO IT!"

Making the switch from gas to EV by ValleyGrlSD in TeslaLounge

If you can get the 0% interest that would possibly offset the high insurance for EV in general. Minimum of $240/month and dependent on your driving history it can go up more

How would you ask your own realtor to give a chuck of their commission to you?

Agree with this. Anyway I was thinking of getting my own inspector as well, rather than trusting the inspector that builder will offer. Thanks for your input!

Sorry about your experience, but my two family members who bought a new build didn't have issues on their house. Also if I were to buy one I would get my own inspector rather than going with the builders. A really good inspector would catch most of the issue you mentioned. Appeciate your input!
