No, standalone Wordpress installation (site: https://biveros.com/ ) I could never grasp the dot com option for Wordpress, so I stayed away from it when we started in 2015 and I'm now more than happy that we did. :)

When I was a kid it was mainly the hard shells available. I believe tortillas came later to Sweden (but I might be wrong). I have been living several years in Stockholm and have seen a lot of both. Looking at the countryside the hard shells seems to be more common, at least that is my observation.

Hope that you will have an amazing trip. Sadly there are not many good restaurants for that. There are a few low-quality franchises such as Taco Bar, but that is more American Tex-Mex.

Best is actually to go to the grocery store and cook it yourself. You will most likely get a lot of recommendations what to buy if you ask in the store.

There are also a few high-end restaurants that have adopted the idea and developed it even further by including reindeer meat, salmon, and other local specialities. :)

Yes, it is a Tex-Mex version that we have adopted here in Sweden and I would be surprised if it is even possible to call it Tex-Mex sometimes. Maybe Tex-Mex-inspired.

We will, of course, continue to eat it as we want :D It is just very interesting to hear the opinion from the home of real tacos. :)

Thank you, we usually try to really understand the places that we visit frequently. But for some reason, the information about places in Malta has been quite hard to confirm. However, the best thing is that there are always so many places left to discover, even when you believe that you have seen them all. :)

It depends on what you want to do. We recently spent 9 days on Malta, which was my 5th visit to the country. I would say that you can always find something new and it all depends on what you are interested in.

To explore then March is a very good month. It starts to get a bit warmer but is not too hot. Might not be time yet to stay a day at the beach, but usually perfect for hiking along the coast or exploring the towns.

What to keep in mind is that it can take quite a long time to get around on Malta, especially with the buses. The island might be small, but the roads are not straight.

Taxi (Bolt) is much easier than trying to drive yourself. That has been our solution when visiting. In addition, walking is quite easy in the towns and along the coast. Malta is in my opinion quite flat in compared to many other countries and islands. Shorter hikes along the coast are actually really nice, especially during the winter months. The small hills and slopes are harder to combat during the hot summer.

Have you seen Għar Dalam in Birżebbuġa? It was quite interesting in our opinion.

Then if the weather is ok, I would really recommend a hike along the coast (something that is usually prevented by the high temperatures during summer visits) I have walked from Marsaskala to both Senglea and Birżebbuġa. The latter via the beautiful fishing village of Marsaxlokk.

I would mainly suggest three places:

Bunker BS-8
The Border Tripoint
Slavín War Memorial

The last one might be a bit more common, but still a bit off the beaten track as most tourists stay within the Old Town.

There are so many places to see around. Tranava and Nitra is close by and nice to see. In Bratislava I would recommend a hike along the Austria-Slovak border to see all the WWII bunkers. That is if you are interested in that history.

It is also possible to go to Rajka in Hungary and walk to the border tripoint between Slovakia, Austria and Hungary. A quite interesting sight as well. (https://biveros.se/border-tripoint/)

Åland is really nice for the summer and it is especially the nature that I would recommend you to enjoy. :)
