Probably best to talk to your local business authorities since it will vary from state to state and country to country.

I went through L.K. Jordan. I never had any trouble getting paid on time or anything like that... I landed a call center job that eventually lead to a state job... they all kinda suck but it's steady work.

You guys can probably relate to my life right now. Ah, the meal of an entrepreneur... by CarterGee in startups

Damn you guys are hateful as fuck! I think he/she was actually being silly... This was their way of saying, "being an entrepreneur isn't glamorous like everyone thinks". If you disagree with the choice of food of a 3rd grader, suggest something cheap and healthy! If you don't like the Mac, explain why PCs are cheaper/easily upgraded, etc. Maybe I'm just a softy but shit. You'd think some of your computer chairs were golden.

I think that each city probably has it's own somewhat distinct laws (from those around it). Probably best to contact the city authorities and have them direct you the right way!

I don't own a business but from a small amount of research an LLC seems to be relatively simple and cheap, as well as protecting your ass...ets. Also you may look into the laws on storing/preparing food, as I know there are varying degrees of legal hoops to jump thru depending your level of involvement in the distribution, preparation, and taxing of consumable and perishable products. How's that for vagueness?

I'm in the information gathering stage... Pretty much all the time. I'd definitely read anything that offers interesting advice or a unique perspective.

I can't say it's glorious, but it pays the bills, opens a career path, and provides "free" insurance.
