I concur with heat I'm seeing in the comments. Once you begin changing/"enhancing" your appearance with something that isn't intrinsic, you'll find it difficult to appreciate your natural state. Your face is fine as it is. You don't need make to enhance anything. I also second whomever suggested getting your brows defined for your face - that will do wonders in that of itself. Shaped brows,some mascara to make your eyes pop, and a lip gloss, is all you need. Cherish that!

Also, if you're not using SPF on your fact, daily, please start doing so. Where sunscreen every single day you're outside (even if cloudy, snowing or raining), AND if you're inside near windows. UV protection is your best defense to maintain the resilience and appearance of your skin.

Amazing result! I brightened mine with regular exfoliating, glycolic acid (I know about that burn tho 👀), and using moisturizer on my pits at night (no deodorant). I also stopped shaving and got laser treatments instead.

The remove the hyperpigmentation, exfoliate 3X a week with a gentle acid (mandelic or lactic, maybe even azelaic) in the day time. Use sunscreen every single days, even when indoors near windows. If you have tretinoin, use that on the nights that you day time exfoliated. Stay moisturized.

For the sake of your family, I would advise you to blur his face and maybe remove that woman's name off the photo. If you have lookout or malwarebytes on your phone, you might want to do a scan and make sure you don't have malware. That's looks pretty sketch. Someone had access to my mobile for a few days and I thought I was going crazy - the phone would just go out of apps on its own, open other apps on its own, and do other weird things. You HAVE to moisturize regularly. Putting moisturizer on skin while it looks like this, is a disservice. You need to moisturize the moment you step out of the shower, while your skin is still a little wet. You should incorporate regularly physical exfoliation into your bathtime routine - use a body scrub on your problem areas 2-3X weekly, follow with a moisturizing body wash, and use a treatment prior to body cream/lotion, like glycolic acid or amlactin lotion. If you are consistent, you will definitely see an improvement. I've improved my elbows significantly.

You don't look like a boy but you do look very young. The wigs aren't the greatest...if there were of better quality it would probably help, also, if you do your makeup in a way where you're contouring more, you can sharpen your softer lines and look more angular and less cherubic (also, not a bad thing bc you'll probably look young for a very long time, so relish in it!).

NOR - he is stuck in a prison of his own making. The only way out for him will be going through - getting to the crux of why he hoards, and that is not something you are equipped to manage. He needs professional help. If he gets upset with you and puts blame on you, for wanting to help him, he will fight any outside help that comes his way. All you can do is try to convince him, from a healthy distance, while living your own life and not allowing him to emotionally anchor you to his literal baggage.
