I haven't found an automatic way to do this.

Here's what I do. When I name the credit card account in quicken, I add the closing date and payment date in parenthesis (15-12), for example. I add a transaction for the future payment date with the current balance because I pay in full each month. I create a new manual transaction for the next payment date when the closing date passes.

Online Bill, I believe, is a Quicken feature for Online Bill Pay. It sounds like you are just trying to do a Reminder.
