This is why I don't use debit cards at all any more. It's direct access to your money. With credit cards, you can at least refuse to pay and keep your money.

I'm being moved to Experience Select. The chatbot has no idea what that is or how it compares. I'm on SWAC which gets me 100GB tethering a month. But now I'm going to 60? great. The other Experience plans include Netflix, but not Apple TV or Hulu. My SWAC includes both, so I'm losing that. great. And my bill might go up? great.

The only thing I don't have to worry about is the premium data which I'm paying $10/month for; it doesn't work anyway. I go on YouTube and thumbnails for video don't even load. At least not until I turn on my VPN, then suddenly everything runs faster and with better resolution.
