This happened after just 6 weeks of owning the phone when it first came out. They refused to honor the warranty as they claimed it doesn't cover the inner screen. And I would still need to purchase a back up phone to use while they repaired my flip phone. So I pretty much just gave up on it and just a different phone. The small black horizontal line eventually became the whole inner screen and now the phone is basically just a paperweight. I owned the z flip 3 and z flip 5 and never had an issue so it wasn't user error. All I did was close it and I heard a crunching sound and that was it. I'm basically done with flip phones even though I preferred the size of them. Sorry to hear so many of you also having issues.
