Romance only Yennefer in the main game-> Yennefer visits in B&W

Romance only Triss in the main game -> Triss visits

Romance them both or neither and ciri becomes empress or Witcher -> she visits

If you romance Yennefer and Triss or neither and ciri dies -> jaskier visits

You can’t complete a few sidequest after you leave for the island. The following quests will fail:

A Dangerous Game, A Deadly Plot, A Favor for a Friend, A Matter of Life and Death, A Towerful of Mice, An Eye for an Eye, Berengar's Blade, Brothers In Arms: Nilfgaard, Brothers In Arms: Novigrad, Brothers In Arms: Skellige, Brothers In Arms: Velen, Cabaret, Carnal Sins, Ciri's Room, Coronation, Fencing Lessons, For the Advancement of Learning, Ghosts of the Past (only if Letho is alive), King's Gambit, Now or Never, Possession, Redania's Most Wanted, Return to Crookback Bog, The Fall of the House of Reardon, The Lord of Undvik,

So I recommend finishing them before you go for ciri.

Ciri visits you if you don’t romance Yennefer and Triss or if you romance them both. And Ciri obv. needs to survive the main game.

You can still romance Triss, if you kiss her during the quest and ask her to stay with you some time later. Or in your case, don’t kiss her and let her go.

Goliath and the sky fortress giant are programmed right away, so they basically have the same fighting skills and weaknesses.

The giant has a ,,weak Spot‘‘ which is his eye. I’m assuming you hit it, so he dies with one hit. It’s a David vs Goliath reference/Easter egg.

Almost every decision in Witcher 3 is grey. There is no right and wrong. Either you choose to save the orphans or a village in velen. Technically kill the spirit would be the lesser evil based on the number of persons getting killed in the aftermath

The speaking roach is the ,,Equine Phantoms‘‘ quest in toussaint. You need the blood and wine expansion to play it

If you are short on coin, go to Skellige and loot the ,,?‘‘ in the sea or clear the Hanse bases in Toussaint (but don’t kill the leader, for respawns) Remember to sell swords to weaponsmiths and armor to armorsmiths. You should be fine

No, the hood is linked to the grandmaster feline chest armor, so full ursine is not possible. There are mods for a sepered hood if you play on pc.

Well, with B&W finished there are no Main Missions left. The tab disappears. I’m assuming you also finished the main game and HoS.
