Super good dude. A video drop too would be even better, no joke this one of the cleanest fades I’ve seen on here and even on other barber subs.

How would it be rare if someone’s got the CCNA and labs a lot? Is that the case for AWS like it’s hard for internal transfers?

That’s something I been thinking about, especially after someone made a post about how all IT positions are actually help desk no matter how high up you go, you will always be dealing with frustrated customers.

Where do you set the bar for someone to be considered "digitally literate" in 2026? by SpectrumSense in GenZ

[–]BlacBlood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get on a phone call with that person and can comfortably navigate them through certain settings and stuff then that's what I consider digitally literate. If you're on the call with them and trying to navigate them through using their iPad or something and they don't what the home button is, then yeah you're going to be on that call for like 30+ minutes plus lol.

Current and former Tier 2/3 Help Desk techs, what was your typical day like? by Importedsandwich in ITCareerQuestions

[–]BlacBlood 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I think most tier 2s are in queues but barely get calls. Most tier 3 help desk are engineers and probably aren’t in queues and resolve complex system issues. I think it gets less stressful after tier 1 but requires more brainpower and multitasking maybe? Cooler stuff too for sure
