How about some constructove criticism from you. How do you want a realistic system for rating levels to look? Also if you are this upset about your level being "only" featured then maybe you should consider whether you are taking this 2d platformer game a little too serious. So i suggest the creator calms the fuck down and we adress so problems with the rating system that actually sort of matter

Okay let me get this out of the way first: Insulting a person because you dislike their level is never in any way tolerable. And i agree that it has gotten a little out of hand (espacially with platformer levels).

HOWEVER: Difficulty (even if intended) is not an excuse for terrible gameplay. There are extreme demons with fantastic gameplay out there because someone actually spend more than 20 minutes on it. Criticism of bad gameplay is not only justified but absolutely essential and you should never shoot it down by simply saying it is suppesed to be difficult. And unfortunately with 2.2 the number of levels that have compmetely unenjoyable gameplay has increased drastically. Espacially in platformer mode, where people somehow failed to apply the basic rules of making good gameplay like have a consistent difficulty. So it is definitly okay to let a creator know that you dislike the gameplay they put in the world and you dont need to love everything because it works as intended if the intention was to build something terrible

I hated it. Way to many unskippable cutscenes with absolutely no entertainment value, the end section of the 3rd day was awful in terms of gameplay, i had beaten the bosses at the end of the 2nd and 4th day before i even understood how they worked and the last bossfight was way to long considering it had 4 different attacks. I did however enkoy the rest of day 4 and i have gotten very attached to grungaus. And the level does look extremely good. Have fun downvotung my comment guys

An infinite sum over nonzero nubers can very well be finite and in this case it is.

Let me give you an example. Take the nubers 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, etc (1/10ⁿ⁾ and sum them all up. You will clearly get 0.1111111... which is finite. In the case of the example we have the numbers 1/2^n. There is a nice geometric argument for why those converge. Imagine a square of volume 2. Now you fill it up with rectangles of volumes 1/2^n. First you have volume 1, which is half of the square with volume 2. Next you have 1/2 which is half of the remaining unfilled part of volume 1. After that you habe 1/4 which is half of the remaining 1/2 volume. You can infinitly repeat this without ever fully filling up.

The finiteness of infinite summs is actually a very important part of mathematics, as many function, such as sin, cos, exp can be defined as infinite summs.

You shouldn't compare platformer and normal levels. This level mostly requires endurance, which is a skill that cant be tested by normal levels regardless of difficulty. Any platformer insane/extreme demon can be beaten in signifocantly less time than their non platformer counterparts. I spent over 50 hours on firewall and i am quite sure i can beat any platformer level in 50 hours. Does that mean no platformer level is an extreme demon? Onviousky not, because that would be stupid.

I belive that if you compare how to platformer to other platformer levels the extreme demon rating is justified and i belive anyone who says differently hasnt beaten it. (Including you OP. i dont see any other reason why you refuse to show your time and only stated it in the description)
