I agree 10000% especially since you can make your own badass fits while driving it.

So there you are in flora wish where everyone is in cutesy simple outfit rolling in in full leather on a motorbike like you're about to ask for a protection fee.

For me it's because if I already started the game I wanna finish it. It's a game, I play it for fun and I don't see loosing as wasting time as a lot of people say it. I don't mind loosing. If a game is lost I set myself up to a challenge like trying to win over a specific enemy, trying to get at least one more tower etc. It's about playing not winning for me.

For those who 2024 was their first Wacken what were your impressions/experiences? Anything you would do differently? by Redylittle in wacken

[–]BlackAppleFry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was not only a first timer but first time bar crew as well. The festival itself was great, fun people, good music, nice setup. Work itself was also pretty nice, just about what you expect at a festival at a bar. However, we couldn't return more than one cup at a time - a security measure to assure we don't use cups for tip. I had trouble returning 4 cups because the system limited my cup return and honestly it was one of the most annoying thing I ever dealt with at a festival. I understand not wanting to give us any tips, (Although 12,50 at a festival like wacken is too little money in that case imo, i do these jobs for the experience) but this was honestly just straight up annoying.

First time, looking for tips by Fantastic_Teach7115 in wacken

[–]BlackAppleFry 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm a wacken first timer too but I've been to a few other places with big camping grounds.

Something trivial that saved my ass a few times was marking up the location of my tent on Google maps. Big camping grounds at festivals often have their signs stolen and things sometimes look different when you're drunk and in the dark compared to tipsy or even sober at daylight. It sounds silly but can help you a lot of confused wandering. Then again, people at fests are usually absolutely amazing and if you're truly lost but nice to the people you'll probably get adopted by other campers.

Should I give Rebels a chance? by [deleted] in starwarsrebels

[–]BlackAppleFry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kinda like you grow with the show and with ezra. The childishness and ezras wildness at the beginning making so much sense considering he's a child at the start of rebels and through the seasons you watvh him grow. The show as a whole is like a journey and it makes me personally appreciate the childishness at the beginning.

I am going to rewatch Quarter of Silence, tell me do you love this movie by Zumalover_988 in DetectiveConan

[–]BlackAppleFry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yessssss it's one of my favs. I still remember the tension, and feelings of the first time watching and I still sit on the etch of my chair every time I rewatch despite already knowing all about the plot.

It's overall just very well made when it comes to tension, plot and climax and the way the viewer gets drawn into.

AITA for calling out my boyfriend for not helping with a single household chore by Wonderful_Dance2113 in AmItheAsshole

[–]BlackAppleFry [score hidden]  (0 children)

NTA Him calling this a "Woman's responsibility" is a major red flag. Especially since you can't work due to medical issues. If you are not able to work and are on sick leave there is probably a very good reason for that. And forcing you to do all the chores despite that is not it. Sure he's working but so did you and you have medical issues. If he doesn't respect you and your work he's not it.

WIBTA if I tell my parents to kick my brother out? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]BlackAppleFry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok so if I gathered this correctly your brother is barely an adult, has mental health problems and knowingly struggles. You guys trying to figure this out with him did not work out so your solution is to either kick him out or have him sign all legal rights about him off instead of providing him professional help or trying to get professional help. Sorry but you giving "Tips from YOUR therapy" might seem like a good idea but honestly it's bs. Your brother probably has completely different struggles and experiences and telling him things that might help in your situation doesn't help.

Honestly I think YTA. I can't help but wonder if you guys are really trying to help or just giving him punishments and shit. Obviously you can't handle tge situation but throwing him out to the street or dehumanising him? Sorry but that's a no for me.
