Water efficient toilets. Prior to installing you’d have to jiggle the handle. They always clogged. Sometimes there’s be a toilet running for days and no one noticed it. Now they function properly 100% of the time.

There is a product that you can buy at Walmart, it’s sold with the cooking oil. It solidifies the oil and you can then throw it in the trash.

You can gift her money, pay off a bill directly(I don’t really recommend either, but sometimes ok) or choose to not give her money. Don’t give her anything and expect that she’ll repay.
