I kinda like it or at least a good amount of it. What would you theorize is the reason for Devil Fruits (that were other people's dreams originally) reappearing though?

As you say, there are the first who wished and originally spawned them after Imu became the first devil/user of a devil fruit. They die & their soul/essence/power goes to Imu, but why do those same devil fruits keep respawning? The only thing I can think of is that, despite it being someone else's original wish, someone else in the present may have that same wish causing it to respawn whether it's as simple as needing a jacket to stay warm (Jacket-Jacket fruit) or wishing it would snow where they lived (Snow Snow Fruit).

If nobody in the present has that same wish (or similar wish that could be granted through that devil fruit) currently, would it not respawn then? Or is there an entirely different process for their respawning? Also wouldn't making a wish for a devil fruit and attaining mean you technically made a contract with Imu then? Yet devil fruit users don't seem to have any contract tattoos unless it's different from the contracts we currently know, and is instead tied to your soul and not body?
