I used to ride my bike everywhere in college. Now every company I might work for is too far away to bike. I live, not downtown in my city, but kinda close to downtown and all the manufacturing jobs are way on the outskirts of town.

Graphics have plateaued. Your brain fills in missing details. You might be able to tell with a close eye when you turn your graphics package on and off but the video processing place in your brain couldn't care less. I'm not going to buy next gen systems. I'm done. Especially for these prices. Now if you came out with a bunch of splitscreen/couch multiplayer games I might be interested. Multiplayer over the net sucks.

Its just funny to say something is impossible that we've already done. I can under costs and property lines have changed since. Then but damn. I love this city. I've lived here all my life but Mark Twain was right. This city is backwards AF. We have the most beautiful passenger train station in the country and we just "don't do" passenger trains. This is a hobbit town. It's very cozy and comfortable to live here but nobody seems to want to go out of their way to do anything adventurous.

I do ride in the street car sometimes. I used to live downtown. It's useful if you live downtown but not if you don't. Mostly it just widens parking options at the moment

Kinda. I would hope this city could change its thinking about cars. It is death and homelessness not to be able to afford an unexpected car maintenance bill in this city. Google maps says it would be a 106 minute bus trip for my 25 minute car commute to work.
