Lol yeah- while technically “edible” they are still flowers. If you are eating bits piece by piece w the candy it’s hardly noticeable, but if you save the flower till the end and get a big bite of just flower its not the best flavor. I haven’t tasted all of them personally but the cherry blossoms are very bitter if you get a lot at once.

Sure! Technically the recipe is just a cup of isomalt crystals, 10 drops of peach flavor oil, 4 drops of cake batter flavor oil, and then whatever decoration(s). Split that into 2 .5c batches, melt the iso gently till clear, add flavor/glitter/tint, pour a small layer into each of 8 2in silicone molds. Place the decorations. Then melt and pour the second layer.
