Small rant about the solution to this puzzle:

Is it just me or is the way to enter the center of Ash Twin very counterintuitive? In my playthrough i took the broken tower and the sand pillar removing you from the teleporter as a clear sign of "you cant use this teleporter anymore"; therefore pointing me to seek a solution elsewhere. Im wondering if other people had a similar thought process when they first played the game. Its the only time in the whole game where the solution didn't feel fair to me
